• Supply chain optimization – The classic supply chain approach has been to try to forecast future inventory demand as accurately as possible and “build” to that demand. Our approach is decidedly simple: we have proprietary access to a flexible and scalable custom suit manufacturing facility, such that increased demand automatically produces increased production capacity. Since our supply chain is “hooked up” real time, it responds to reality rather than forecasts.
• Volume – It’s simple; the more clothing we sell the lower our clothing cost us to make.  Our customers get the benefits of economies of scale.
• Mass Customization – We provide a tremendous increase in variety and customization without a corresponding increase in costs. Our systems combine the low unit costs of mass production processes with the flexibility of individual customization and quality construction.
• Simplified Inventory Management – Our build-to order just-in-time processes let us avoid the twin costs of time lag and uncertainty found in typical clothing supply chains.
